Overview
About Corsica Free Diving
Corsica Free Diving is the first dedicated freediving school in Corsica, founded in 2018 by Stéphane Provent — a BPJEPS-certified instructor, AIDA Instructor, Moving Limits (Federico Mana) coach, MEF1 and SSI Level II. A competitive freediver who won the Palme d'Or at the Trophée Loïc Leferme in 2015, Stéphane returned to his native Corsica to share his passion for the discipline. Based at Marine Diving Center on the Vieux Port of Bastia, the school offers freediving courses, depth training, spearfishing, wreck dives across Corsica's Mediterranean coastline, and online equalization coaching via the Moving Limits method.
A progressive, technique-driven approach drawing on Federico Mana's Moving Limits equalization methods, tailored to each student's level with individual and group options.
Whether you are looking to discover apnea for the first time or earn a recognised freediving certification in Corsica, Corsica Free Diving provides a structured path. The school accepts both first-time freedivers and experienced divers pursuing deeper progression. Instruction is available in French.
