Freedive SuperHOME is Asia's leading freediving school and competition hub, founded in 2015 by Oliver Qing Lu and Yanzi Yuan on Doljo Beach in Panglao, Philippines. The facility hosts approximately 80% of Asia's major freediving competitions — including the AIDA Asian Freediving Cup (June 2025: max depth 145 m, 300 m offshore on the Y-260 platform) — and conducts over 8,000 training sessions per year. The school offers the full Molchanovs curriculum (Wave 1 through Wave 3 and Instructor) and the complete AIDA ladder (AIDA 1 through AIDA 4), with multilingual instruction covering dozens of languages through a network of resident and visiting freelance instructors. Great place to learn freediving. Very friendly crowd and during my 2 week stay felt busy. It has everything a freediving school needs to get you requirements, a large 4 lane pool, the ocean with a boat ride for depth, and a large yoga area for stretching. Highly recommend this place over the other freediving school.
Absolute best place to train for freedivers looking for depth and pool training in Asia/Pacific. They are super organized from the boatmen to the web app for scheduling. There are so many experienced coaches, instructors, and athletes at any given time that you can employ to further your freediving journey. I can't wait to return!
This is a must-visit place for freediving, mainly for training depth. The facility has a swimming pool. Boat departure is at 8:45 AM, return is at 11:00 AM, and showering takes place around 12:00 PM.
