I did the discovery course - half day. My instructor was Alberto. I had such a fun time and feel it was the highlight of my holiday there. Alberto is obviously very passionate about the sport and was so helpful We covered a lot of theory which was really important and made the practical side of things flow a lot easier and make more sense. I am so thrilled I learnt a new skill in free diving. I will be back to do my full certification next time. Alberto was an amazing instructor and helped me challenge myself. I highly recommend Byron

What recent students say about Freediving Planet
I did two coaching dives with Freediving Planet and Cristiano as my coach. Freediving Planet were very communicative about my booking which was really helpful as Id booked several weeks before my trip. Cristiano was a great coach - it was my first time back freediving after 2 years and he helped build my confidence back up quickly. Cristiano asked me about my goals before we started and was proactive in suggesting different and new things to try on each dive, and providing tips on my technique. He also gave me some ideas on how to challenge myself but wasn’t pushy at all, and coached me within my comfort levels and fears. I felt so much more confident to continue my trip and excited about the new things I learnt - thank you Cristiano and Freediving Planet!
It was a great experience. I totally recommend doing a freediving introduction course to understand what freediving is all about and to learn the technique and proper preparation before going under the water. The coach was really patient and understanding teaching me.
