This wasn’t just two days of freediving - it was an experience I already want to relive. Aida2: 2 days, 4 sessions - and each one felt like unlocking a new level. Not only in the water, but within myself. The location is a whole love story on its own. The beach is so beautiful that you start relaxing even before stepping into the water - and that completely shapes the experience. But the most important part was the feeling of safety. From the very first minute to the last dive, I knew I was in good hands. Dima, the instructor, is someone you don’t just learn from - you genuinely trust him. He’s attentive to every detail, calm, supportive, and fully present. I highly recommend this experience if you want not just to try freediving, but to truly feel it 💜

I took Dmitry's AIDA 2 course. Initially, I wasn't sure I'd be able to pass all the standards, as even holding my breath on dry land seemed like a challenge. Ultimately, after two days of training, I not only managed to hold my breath statically for 2 minutes 14 seconds, but also dived to 15 meters. The training took place in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The group consisted of two students, allowing for maximum attention. Dmitry explains everything in great detail, clearly, and competently, answers all questions, and shares various nuances and life hacks. Throughout the entire training, I felt like we were in the hands of a true professional who loves his craft. There wasn't a single moment of fear or discomfort; everything was top-notch! I also really enjoyed the recorded lectures; I remarked on Dmitry's well-delivered delivery, making it a pleasure to listen to. Overall, I highly recommend Dmitry to anyone who has ever wanted to try freediving. It's impossible to imagine a better guide to this beautiful underwater world ❤️

While vacationing in Egypt, I signed up for a training session with Dmitry on my coach's advice to try depth diving, as I'd recently started freediving using Natalia Molchanova's system, but only in a pool. The dive left me with a wealth of emotions and impressions. It was incredible! On my first dive, I went down to 15 meters; I was thrilled that I could do that. And I wanted to go deeper and deeper. The second session was at a depth of 20 meters; it was a complete explosion of emotions. I'm an amphibian!!!! And I can do that. A huge thank you to coach Dmitry for helping me with depth diving. I'm very happy, thank you so much. He's very attentive, explains everything, demonstrates, and teaches everything, passing on his experience to beginners like me. All the best to you.
