I did my Aida 2 certification with them and I really enjoyed the course. My Instructor was Adrian and helped me to get the best results! It was really professional I would highly recommend!

What recent students say about Ocean Prana Bali
Better than any meditation. I didn't come to freediving for results. I came along with friends, feeling like my life was on pause: too many thoughts, constant searching, but no inner grounding. I had a phobia of water—it felt like I was born with this fear. My body would always tense up, especially when it was time to dive. Over a few days, something major happened: the fear simply vanished. It went through relaxation and trust. For the first time in my life, I reached 10 meters. This wasn't about the sport. It was a raw, honest encounter with myself—a place where you immediately see where you’re being dishonest. Water shows it instantly. The most valuable part is how this carries over into life. Breathing, focus, the ability to release tension—these are skills needed on land just as much as underwater. Special thanks to Sophie🤗 She doesn't "motivate" or pressure you. She senses exactly where you’re stuck and gives you precisely what you need to let go of control and feel free. I left with more than just diving skills. I left with a sense of inner grounding and greater freedom. And that is the most precious thing. You make people happy and whole. Thank you!❤️❤️❤️
I chose Ocean Prana after looking into it carefully because I wanted to learn freediving in Bali, and it completely exceeded my expectations when I actually visited! I was really worried because my English isn’t great, but Yoram, the owner, replied so kindly and quickly when I reached out via WhatsApp before my visit, which really put my mind at ease☺️ I visited in early March and booked my round-trip taxi, hostel, AIDA2 course, and shipwreck fun diving all at once, so it was really convenient. The second floor of the hostel where I stayed had only two beds, so it was private and very comfortable. Plus, the hostel pool was longer and deeper than I thought, making it the best place to swim and hang out!👍🏻 I had breakfast and lunch every day at the restaurant right next to the pool, and every single dish was delicious. The staff were also always smiling and friendly. I took the 2-day AIDA2 course with instructor Adrian. I was lucky enough to get a 1:1 class, and he explained things so clearly tailored to my English level, so I had absolutely no problem communicating. I was especially touched by his thoughtful, personalized teaching! He first asked if I wanted to know the elapsed time when doing static. I told him it was better for me not to know, so he didn’t tell me the target numbers beforehand when doing dynamic and CWT either. Only after everything was done and I came out of the water did he congratulate me, saying, “I have good news! You just passed!”🤣 If he had told me in advance, “It’s 20m now, so you just need to do this to pass!”, I would have felt immense psychological pressure. Thanks to him perfectly understanding my personality and being so considerate, I easily passed the written exam and got my AIDA2😆 On the last day, I went shipwreck fun diving with instructor Sophie. The underwater visibility was a bit cloudy because it was the rainy season, and I wasn't feeling my best, so I had to get out of the water and went back in at one point. But I’m so grateful that instructor Sophie took such good care of me until the end and passionately took amazing photos and videos♥️ I think the reason I fell so deeply in love with this place called Amed in Bali is because of the warm and joyful memories at Ocean Prana. I wanted to remember everyone, so we took a group photo on the last day, but it’s a bummer Adrian couldn’t be in it because it was his day off🥲 I’m definitely going to plan another trip to Bali someday just to visit Ocean Prana again. I highly recommend Ocean Prana to anyone who wants to have a perfect dive and make great memories in Amed💙
