True Depth Freediving is the school of Donny Mac — Molchanovs Wave 3 Instructor, competitive freediver (PB: 82m), Yoga Alliance 500hr RYT, certified Thai massage therapist, and founder of The Freedive Cafe Podcast. Based in Dahab, Egypt, where Donny also owns The Little Blue dive centre, the school offers Molchanovs Wave 1–3 courses alongside retreats, intensives, and coaching sessions that integrate freediving with classical yoga and breathwork. Courses are also offered in Taiwan through Freedive Taiwan.
A holistic approach integrating breathwork, classical yoga (500hr RYT), Thai massage, and mindfulness alongside technical Molchanovs freediving progression, tailored to each student's individual goals.
