I’ve been coastal Freediving in and around Cornwall UK for 5 years. Although currently Aida 3 level, line & depth training and coaching has been minimal, so attention to correct technique and form needed constructive critique and work, which was what attracted me to Atlantis Freediving. I joined a 6 day training week this April and thoroughly enjoyed the vibe at the centre and found the Instructors Pavol and Remo hugely encouraging, helpful and relaxing to be around. They helped me work to a depth and hang PB by the end of the week. The centre is perfectly situated on the edge of the sheltered dive site, sitting directly below the apartments for freedivers, with a fun wreck at around 20+ meters. Vis is worlds apart from UK. I would 100% recommend for anyone, wherever they are on their own personal freedive journey. Thank you Atlantis FD 🩵

What recent students say about Atlantis Freediving
Did my Level 1 with Remo. He's an amazing instructor, the training was much more in depth than my friend experienced at another school. One on one training for a very reasonable price and the school and the facilities are very professional, organized and still chill and relaxed 😌. Highly recommend!
I spent a week at Atlantis Freediving School doing my Level 2 and had an amazing time. Jeremy and Remo are fantastic coaches — super knowledgeable, patient, and always focused on safety while still pushing you to improve. The group was great fun and really supportive, which made the whole experience even better. The accommodation was really nice with an awesome sea view, and the yoga sessions were a perfect bonus alongside the training. It’s also super convenient — you’re literally about 50 metres from the school straight into the sea. I left feeling way more confident in my technique and would 100% recommend Atlantis to anyone keen to get into freediving or taking it to the next level.
